Cand a fost ultima data cand ai simtit ca faci diferenta?! Cand te-ai simtit cu adevarat ca esti pe traiectoria pe care ti-ai dorit sa fii?! Acel moment in care parca toate planetele s-au aliniat si azi ai indeplinit o groaza de lucruri intr-un timp record, altfel spus, ai fost in grafic?! Hai sa fim mai productivi in orice aspect al vietii, ok? In tehnologie, in imbracaminte, la job-ul de zi cu zi, in privinta sanatatii, in modul in care-ti petreci timpul, in alimentatie dar si in modul general de gandire.

Evident, unele au mai mult sens ca altele. Sa luam ca exemplu imbracamintea: ce impact are moda in viata de zi cu zi? Hainele sunt modul in care iti definesti stilul propriu, astfel incat, daca te simti confortabila, increzatoare in tinuta creata dimineata, esti fara indoiala mai concentrata pe celelalte aspecte ale zilei.

TEHNOLOGIE:
  1. Limiteaza timpul de raspuns la e-mailuri! N-ar trebui sa iti ia mai mult de un minut pe e-mail.
  2. Inchide radio-ul si nu asculta stirile in timp ce muncesti! Iti va distrage atentia si indeplinirea task-urilor va dura mai mult.
  3. Nu raspunde la telefon decat daca e urgent! Iar urgentele sunt rare – sper.
  4. Foloseste scurtaturile din tastatura! CTRL+A este esential pentru un document de 50 pagini.
MODA & STILUL PERSONAL:
  1. Defineste-ti piesele de baza pentru uniforma de birou! Acum poart-o cu incredere.
  2. Poarta materiale confortabile in croieli potrivite siluetei tale!
  3. Ia cu tine o piesa vestimentara care merge cu orice (ex.: o camasa alba pentru cazurile in care sandvisul de la pranz a ajuns pe bluza perfect curata si calcata sau o pereche de pantofi cu un toc comod in cazul in care nu mai suporti acei stilletto superbi insa prea inalti pentru stilul tau)!
  4. Arunca ce nu porti / ce nu mai porti! Nu faci decat sa te incurci de ele.
LA BIROU:
  1. Imagineaza-ti produsul final si te vei simti mai motivat! Proiectul la care lucrezi trebuie sa aiba o forma finala, altfel cum stii cand e gata?!
  2. Incepe inainte sa te simti pregatit pentru a incepe! Astfel, eviti panica de inceput. Doar stii ca startul e mai greu!
  3. Presupune ca ai dreptate cand esti in dubii!
  4. Daca ai un lapsus, construieste o harta a mintii care te-a dus la acel cuvant!
  5. Daca nu poti nota ce vezi, inregistreaza pe telefon! Te poti uita la el oricand.
  6. Cand citesti ceva folositor pentru tine, fa-ti timp si raspunde autorului! Transmite-i cum te-a ajutat si va fi de bun augur in ambele sensuri!

SANATATE:
  1. Infrunta propriile anxietati! Alearga, inoata, danseaza, plimba-te!
  2. Dormi mai mult! Vei finaliza cu succes mai multe lucruri incepute.
  3. Incearca sa dormi 30 minute (nu mai mult) cand te simti intr-adevar extenuat! Se numeste <POWER NAP>
PETRECERE A TIMPULUI:
  1. Incepe ziua cu task-urile simple!
  2. Acorda prioritate maxima unui singur lucru pe zi!
  3. Fa-ti o rutina zilnica! De exemplu o data la 2 ore de munca, te vei relaxa 10 minute.
  4. Nu stabili întalniri de afaceri decat daca sunt decisive! Toate celelalte pot fi discutate la telefon sau fata in fata nu mai mult de 5-10 minute.
  5. Mai bine “facut” decat “perfect”. Poti retusa dupa ce ai facut o ciorna.

PLAN DE ALIMENTATIE:
  1. Stabileste clar orele de mic-dejun, pranz si cina! Gustarile pot varia si le poti lua chiar in pauzele de cafea.
  2. Mananca sanatos! Iti va da energie.
  3. Comanda mancarea la birou daca nu iti ajunge timpul sa mergi sa ti-o cumperi singur, insa, dupa masa, ia o mica pauza!
MODUL DE GANDIRE:
  1. Legea 80/20 este inca valabila! Cat din cei 20% din volumul de munca produc 80% din rezultat?!
  2. Focuseaza-te pe ce e important, suprima ce e urgent!
  3. Calculeaza veniturile inainte de a investi!
  4. Noteaza chiar si cea mai nesemnificativa idee pe care nu ai timp sa o dezvolti acum! In curand, vei reveni la ea.
  5. Elimina deciziile banale de peste zi: de exemplu zahar sau zaharina in cafea?!
  6. Invata sa ignori! Nu-i nevoie sa raspunzi la orice intrebare din birou care nu are destinatar precis.
  7. Intocmeste o ciorna cu ideile pe care le ai! Nu poti edita o pagina goala!
  8. Trateaza timpul ca si cum ar fi banii tai!

When was the last time when you felt you made the difference?! When you really felt that you are where you wanted to be?! That moment when every planet out there is at the right place and you are at your finest moment of the day?! Let’s be more productive in every aspect of our life, ok? In technology, clothing, at our job, regarding the health, hobby, our eating habits, the way we think.

Obviously, some are more important than others. Let’s take for example the clothes: how is it important? Clothes are the way to define your personal style, so, if you feel comfortable in your own skin, you are much more focused on your daily tasks.

THE TECHNOLOGY:
  1. Limit the time needed to reply to an e-mail! It shouldn’t take you more than 1 minute per e-mail.
  2. Shut down the radio and don’t listen to the news while working! It will distract you and it will take too much time to fulfill your usual tasks.
  3. Don’t use your phone unless it’s an urgent matter! And emergencies are rare – hopefully.
  4. Use your keyboard shortcuts! CTRL+A is vital for a 50 pages document.
FASHION & PERSONAL STYLE:
  1. Define the basics for your office look! Wear it with confidence.
  2. Choose comfy fabrics!
  3. Take with you a clothing item suitable in every occasion (ex.: a white shirt for those clumsy days when your sandwich gets to your shirt or a pair of comfy heeled shoes when you can’t stand those beautiful stiletto during the day)!
  4. Throw everything you don’t wear any more. These clothes just confuse you.
THE OFFICE:
  1. Imagine the final status of your project and you’ll feel much more motivated to work for it! That way you’ll know when it’s done!
  2. Begin before you even feel ready to begin! Therefore, you avoid the stress. The beginning is always tough!
  3. When in doubt, assume you are right!
  4. If you have a missing point, build a mind map to figure out what brought you up to that point!
  5. If you can’t write it, photograph it! You can look at it anytime.
  6. When you read something useful, make time and send a feedback to the author! Tell him how much his article/book helped you. It’s good both ways!
THE HEALTH:
  1. Face your own anxieties! Run, swim, dance, walk!
  2. Sleep more! You’ll be much more productive.
  3. Try sleeping for only 30 minutes when you feel truly exhausted! It’s called <THE POWER NAP>
THE TIME:
  1. Start your day with simple tasks!
  2. Maximum attention to one thing per day!
  3. Start your daily routine! For example, every 2 hours, relax for 10 minutes.
  4. Don’t fix business meetings unless they are decisive! Everything else can be discussed at the phone or face to face not more than 5-10 minutes.
  5. Better “done” than “perfect”. You can easily retouch a draft.
THE EATING PLAN:
  1. Establish your breakfast, lunch and dinner hours! You can take your snacks during coffee breaks.
  2. Eat healthy! It will only give you energy.
  3. Order food at your office if you can’t find the time to buy it yourself, but after lunch take a break!
THE WAY OF THINKING:
  1. The 80/20 law is still available! How much of 20% of your volume of work is 80% of the result?!
  2. Focus on what’s important before the actual investment!
  3. Note even the smallest idea you have, even if you do’t have time to develop it! Soon, you’ll come back to it.
  4. Eliminate insignificant decisions during the day: for example sugar or saccharin?!
  5. Learn to ignore! There’s no need to answer every question in your office if you are not the one asked.
  6. Make a draft with the idea in your mind! You can’t edit a blank page!
  7. Treat time like money!
