INTRO PROGRAM LIMITLESS LIMITLESS este un program de remodelare corporala care include componente de antrenament, nutritie, motivatie si educatie wellness. A fost infiintat la inceputul anului 2012 ca un proiect in salile de fitness WorldClass, urmand sa fie externalizat in vara anului 2013. In iunie 2014 au fost infiintate filialele din Bacau si Constanta ca teste pentru extinderea in tara a programului.

START LIMITLESS – O editie de program dureaza 4 saptamani si include o evaluare initiala si o evaluare finala cu cei doi antrenori de la Know Limits Studio din Bacau Iulian Macarii si Dinu D. Daniel, plan de alimentatie personalizat pe obiectiv, 8 antrenamente intense (2 pe saptamana, 2 antrenori intr-un raport de maxim 17-18 participanti), un alt plan de antrenamente individual, sedinta de coaching (optional), sesiune de biomecanica corecta a miscarii, sesiune de Q&A. Ideal este ca, la evaluarea initiala, sa mergi pe stomacul gol pentru obtinerea unor rezultate cat mai precise. Astfel, la 24 de ore dupa evaluare vei primi pe email planul de alimentatie, antrenamentul individual, ghidul Limitless Step by Step si desfasuratorul editiei.

Inainte de toate astea, ti se va da sa completezi un formular de nutritie in care vei declara pe proprie raspundere ca esti apt pentru antrenamente, daca ai vreun disconfort in anumite zone ale coirpului care ar impiedica planul de antrenament, ce fel de preferinte alimentare ai, daca ai anumite alergii la condimente s.a.

Asadar, acest program abordeaza procesul de remodelare corporala din toate unghiurile astfel incat sansele de reusita sa fie maxime.

A fost o reala placere sa lucrez cu cei 2 antrenori. Sunt foarte bine pregatiti, atat din punctul de vedere al alimentatiei cat si al exercitiilor fizice. Chiar am ramas placut impresionata de complexitatea programului si, desi nu am fost 100% dedicata alimentatiei corecte, pe partea de fitness am dat totul – cel putin in sala (n-am facut si exercitiile pentru acasa – trimise prin WeTransfer). OOPS!

Mi-a placut foarte mult faptul ca fiecare participant are o dieta personalizata, chiar daca antrenamentele sunt in grupe de 18 persoane. Am sesizat asta din simplele discutii din vestiarul de fete. Pe parcurs, mi-am dat seama ca un astfel de program, care include si plan de alimentatie personalizat si exercitii fizice intens studiate intocmai pentru o scadere in greutate corecta si echilibrata, costa o avere. Numai costul unui antrenor personal care sa stea cu tine si sa se tina de tine in sala de fitness costa in jur de 25 lei pe ora (din ce stiu eu). Antrenorul ar trebui sa stea de tine la fiecare vizita in sala, sa te indrume ce sa mananci si ce nu, vei avea intrebari de tipul “Pot sa mananc X? | Pot sa beau Y?” LIMITLESS promite rezultate in numai cateva saptamani si va jur ca cei care au afirmat asta au dreptate!

Limitless Workout: EXERCITIILE FIZICE

Am inceput prima sedinta cu mult entuziasm si determinare. Asadar, in fiecare LUNI si MIERCURI de la 18:00 eram prezenta la Know Limits Studio pentru cea mai dulce durere – cea a muschilor! Exercitiile din prima ora de curs au fost variate si au solicitat toate grupele de muschi. M-am simtit relativ ok dupa, desi m-am asteptat sa am o febra musculara insuportabila. Ce-i drept, a contribuit si faptul ca nu eram chiar novice intr-o sala de fitness. Am facut o luna de XBody intens + exercitii la sala (cu aparate) + exercitii la saltea (acasa).

Sincera sa fiu, mi-a placut determinarea antrenorilor si a colegilor de suferinta. Ideea principala era sa tragi cat mai mult de tine astfel incat antrenamentul final sa fie unul reusit din toate punctele de vedere. Autocompatimirea nu a avut ce cauta in sala de curs, motiv pentru care fiecare dintre noi a tras in legea lui cat mai mult. Fiecare avea un obiectiv bine stabilit: unele femei doreau sa-si refaca silueta dupa sarcina, unele doreau sa isi tonifieze picioarele si bratele, unii doreau sa scape din rutina, altii au mentionat ca au un job de birou si pret de 8 ore nu se ridica deloc de pe scaun, unii doreau sa dea surplusul de la burtica jos s.a. Eu mi-am propus prin acest program sa imi tonifiez corpul si sa obtin o talie de viespe. ZIS SI FACUT! Bine, aproape facut! Am participat la o singura sesiune – 1 luna – insa, daca mai continuam cel putin una sigur imi atingeam obiectivul 100%. Asadar, l-am atins in proportie de… 90% si va spun ulterior de ce!

Exercitiile au variat pe grupe de muschi, nici o ora nu a fost la fel cu alta. Au fost si ceva coregrafii, in sensul ca ne roteam de la o saltea la alta facand exercitii diverse, in functie de necesitati. Mi-a placut faptul ca programul respecta gradul de anduranta, astfel, antrenorii dadeau si optiuni de exercitii mai usoare duceau la acelasi rezultat. Totul se desfasura intr-o atmosfera prietenoasa, pe muzica buna si se termina cu 5 minute de relaxare pe muzica lenta cu intinderi de muschi si o calmare a corpului bine lucrat.

La sfarsitul primei saptamani ai si o sesiune de biomecanica corecta a miscarii si QA in care pui si intrebari despre planul de alimentatie primit. Asadar, aici poti intreba cu ce inlocuiesti un aliment sau altul.

Limitless Workout: PLANUL DE ALIMENTATIE

Dupa evaluarea initiala pe stomacul gol, antrenorii iti intocmesc o fisa care cuprinde: greutatea, IMC, % grasime, % masa musculara, rata metabolica, grasimea viscerala, brate (cm), talie (cm), coapsa (cm). Ce preferinte “n-am avut eu”? FARA carne de vita si FARA fructe de mare. A doua zi am primit o dieta personalizata cu 3 mese pe zi + 2 gustari. Asadar, stiam clar ce aveam sa mananc de LUNI pana DUMINICA. Nimic mai simplu. Nu mai urma decat sa si respect programul prestabilit. Trebuie sa va marturisesc faptul ca nu am fost disciplinata in privinta alimentatiei. Avand un ritm de viata mult prea alert si cu planuri ce apareau last-minute, nu am avut posibilitatea sa il respect intocmai. Insa, va spun ca e unul chiar facil: include gratare si legume facute la grill, ceva salate si gustari-cheie.

Planul de workout este GENIAL! Planul de alimentatie este GENIAL!  LIMITLESS e linia de start de care ai nevoie. Determinarea interioara este cea mai importanta! Da, antrenorii se invart prin sala in timp ce faci tu exercitiile si crede-ma, “nu te slabesc deloc” si asta e si rolul lor pana la urma. Daca obiectivul tau este puternic si motivarea este bine inradacinata, nu te vei sabota nici tu nici nimeni.

REZULTATE: Procentul de grasime a scazut de la 24,3% la 21% | A crescut masa musculara de la 30.5 la 33 | Am scazut 5.5 cm in talie (de la 74.5 cm la 69 cm) – si repet, n-am prea fost constiincioasa in privinta regimului alimentar.

Deci? Accepti provocarea?

INTRO LIMITLESS PROGRAM – LIMITLESS is a  body shaping program which includes components of training, nutrition, motivation and wellness education. It started in 2012 as a project in WorldClass fitness gyms, being outsourced in 2013. In June 2014 they started Limitless in Bacau and Constanta as tests for the expansion of the program at a national level.

START LIMITLESS – An edition lasts exactly 4 weeks and includes an initial evaluation and a final evaluation with two trainers from Know Limits Studio in Bacau Iulian Macarii and Dinu D. Daniel, personalized eating plan, 8 intense workouts (2 per week, 2 trainers attending a maximum of 17-18 participants), another individual training plan, a coaching session (optional), a biomechanics session, a Q&A session. I recommend you to go to the initial with an empty stomach to obtain accurate results. Therefore, in the next day you will receive the nutrition plan on your e-mail, individual workout, the Limitless Step by Step Guide and the agenda.

Before all that, they will give you a nutrition form in which you will assure them that you are healthy, if you have specific problems in any given part of your body, what are your preferences regarding the food, if you have allergies etc.

Therefore, this program takes the body shaping process from every angle so that chances of success will be at the maximum level.

It was a real pleasure to work with the trainers. They are very well prepared regarding the training program and the diet plan. I was impressed by the complexity of the program and, even though I didn’t respected 100% the diet plan, I was 100% in the class (I didn’t do the exercises at home -via WeTransfer). OOPS!

I liked the fact that every participant has a personalized diet plan, even if the class has 18 persons. I noticed that from the discussions in the girls locker room. Over time, I realized that a program like this, which includes a diet plan and an intense workout in order to obtain that perfect figure, it would cost a fortune. Did I mentioned that the personal trainer that “takes care” of you in the gym costs around 25 lei per hour (from what I know)?! He should stay with you at the gym, guide you in choosing every meal and you will ask him questions like “Can I eat X? | Can I drink Y?” LIMITLESS promises results in only several week and they are right!

Limitless Workout: THE WORKOUT PLAN

I started the first class with enthusiasm and determination. Therefore, every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at 18:00 i went to Know Limits Studio for the sweetest pain – the muscle pain! The exercises from the first class were diverse working every muscle in my body. I was fine, although the next days I expected muscle soreness. That first class wasn’t my first visit at a gym. I took some XBody classes + exercises at the gym (with dumbbells and all that) + some kind of yoga (at home).

To be honest, I loved the determination of the trainers and the trainees. The main reason is to upgrade yourself to have the best results. Complaining is out of the question. Each and every one of us had an objective: women who wanted to regain their figure after pregnancy, women who wanted to train their legs and arms, some wanted to get out of the routine, some mentioned that they have an office job and for 8 whole hours they sit in their chair, some wanted to work their abs etc. My goal was to  work my body up to the level where I have a perfect abs. EASIER SAID THAN DONE! Weel, almost done! I attended only one session – 1 month – but, if I continued the program, for sure I would have reached my goal 100%. Therefore, I reached up to… 90% and I tell you why!

The exercises were different from one class to another. There were some choreographies. I liked that the program respected the the level of endurance, so the trainers gave us even the option to do easier exercises with the same result. Everything was in a friendly manner, with good music and with 5 minutes of stretch exercises to cool down the body.

At the end of the first week, they have a biomechanics session and QA session where you can ask them about your diet plan. Limitless Workout: THE NUTRITION PLAN

After the initial evaluation, the trainers give you a sheet with your ratios: the weight, the body mass index, % fat, % muscle, the metabolic rate, the visceral fat, arms (cm), waist (cm), thigh (cm). What preferences “I didn’t have”? NO beef and NO sea food.  The next day I received an e-mail with the diet plan with 3 meals a day + 2 snacks. So, I knew exactly what to eat from MONDAY to SUNDAY. Nothing easier. What was left for me to do was to stick with it. I have to confess that I didn’t because of last-minute plans and lots of things to do. But, it’s quite easy: it includes grilled meat and vegetables, some salads and tricky snacks.

The workout plan is GENIUS! The nutrition plan is GENIUS! LIMITLESS is the start line that you need. The determination is the most important of them all! Yes, the trainers are there to check that you are doing the right exercises and believe me, they “stress you a bit” and that’s all right. If your goal and your motivation are powerful, you won’t sabotage yourself. Not you, not anybody!
