#HappyBirthday GIRL

Tinutele pe care le-am purtat in Londra le voi descrie in articole urmatoare! #StayTuned

O experienta unica!

Aici gasesti supermagazine celebre precum Selfridges, Forever 21, Marks&Spencer, John Lewis, ZARA, Primark, H&M, United Colors of Benetton, Adidas, Aldo, Debenhams, Massimo Dutti, Mango, New Look, ASOS, SCHUCH, River Island, TOPSHOP, Food Locker, Accessorize, Calzedonia, Dorothy Perkins, Folli Follie, Fossil, NEXT, Timberland si muuuulte altele.

IMG_7093IMG_7077IMG_7081

#9. China Town este China in miniatura. In cartierul cu pricina vei gasi restaurante, suveniruri, racoritoare si obiceiuri 100% chinezesti.

What’s there to say about London, rather than it’s one of the fashion capitals of fashion itself?! Not to mention the street style!

The city-break in London in May this year recharged my batteries! The big plus was that I traveled with my best friends! I went to visit everything that I had to visit, I bought everything that called my name, I laughed in the best company ever, I tasted their English Breakfast + our personal preferences (Japanese food, and Chinese food), I visited my home town, meaning China Town (hihi!) and I enjoyed the fun of a truly crowded city! Those of you who already met me, know that I love big cities! Here’s what I visited there! Besides, we celebrated #Delia’s birthday – my amazing friend – with sushi, an amazing cheesecake and a good wine!

#HappyBirthday GIRL

I will describe the outfits I wore in London in the next posts! #StayTuned

#1. Piccadilly is one of the most important streets in Central London, right between the Hyde Park Corner, (W) and Picadilly Circus (E). I enjoyed my M&M candies right under the famous Statue of EROS #Priceless

IMG_7117IMG_7109

#2. The Windsor Castle is the biggest and the oldest castle in the world, situated in the center of Windsor City, in Berkshire, England. Underneath it it’s the River Thames that connects Windsor to London. Queen Elisabeth II spends lots of time here during the weekends, when she receives lots of official visits from ministers and state chiefs. The history says that the castle was built during the time of Wilhelm The Conqueror. The monarchs coordinate the castle, the garrison, the fortress, the prison and the household. I spend here the whole day just to visit everything.

IMG_7431IMG_7424IMG_7412

#3. The Buckingham Palace is the main residence of the English monarchs in London. It’s situated in Westminster City and is used strictly for State events and for accommodation of the royal guests. It was the main location for the British people in the time of crisis or joy.

#4. Trafalgar Square is an important tourist attraction in London. We checked it out really fast because we were on our way to the airport. A quick Facebook check-in, a picture with the famous Nelson Column with those 4 lions and a Coke later, we were on our way to…

#5. SEA LIFE London Aquarium is situated in The County Hall, a building built in the beginning of the 20th century that served as headquarters for the London City Council until it was abandoned in 1986. The aquarium opened the gates in 1997 and it has 3 floors. Here you can admire over 3.000 species of marine animals and plants, in over 50 tanks with an enormous amount of water – over 2 million liters. This number places the London Aquarium in the top attractions of this kind in Europe. The aquarium is divided in multiple areas. Each one represents a different biotop such as rivers or oceans.  There is one big area that simulates the marine conditions of The River Thames. There were different kind of fish, octopus, squids or jellyfish. I saw lots of sharks,  piranha, sea horses, crocodile, stingrays.

IMG_7485IMG_7483IMG_7482IMG_7478IMG_7481

The biggest attraction is a big aquarium with sharks and stingrays. I was impressed with the big screen at the end of the tour where there were projected some polar bears right in front of you. They came out of the water. An amazing experience! I visited a different aquarium 3 years ago in Greece – CretAquarium, but it wasn’t so impressive. I recommend the tour of SEA LIFE London Aquarium, because is a unique experience.

#6. Oxford Street is one of the most popular street for shopping, for those like me #Shopaholic #ShoeAddict #Fashionista. Here you can find lots of famous brands like Selfridges, Forever 21, Marks&Spencer, John Lewis, ZARA, Primark, H&M, United Colors of Benetton, Adidas, Aldo, Debenhams, Massimo Dutti, Mango, New Look, ASOS, SCHUCH, River Island, TOPSHOP, Food Locker, Accessorize, Calzedonia, Dorothy Perkins, Folli Follie, Fossil, NEXT, Timberland and many others. Everything around me stole my eye, if I only had the money to buy them all. On this particular street, the street style was insane! I took some photos of some outfits but I filled the phone storage immediately, because there it was – the #LondonStreetStyle.

IMG_7188IMG_7199IMG_7209IMG_7205IMG_7206IMG_7198

#7. British Museum, founded in 1753, is one of the oldest and imposing museums in the world. The museum opened its gates on 15th of January 1759. The first exhibits were some manuscripts, old books, dried leaves and antiques. Nowadays you can find there Egyptian mummies and Roman treasures. Before I went in to visit it, I took a shot of a Starbucks coffee for the energy. Well done because it took me some time to visit it all!

IMG_7280IMG_7295IMG_7301IMG_7294

Nowadays, the British Museum has lots of priceless antiques with just like: The Rosetta Stone, The Crystal Skull, The Taharqo Sphinx, a fragment of The Column of Traian, The half-length portrait of Julius Caesar etc. The objects are situated in different galleries of the museum like: Africa, Asia, America, Ancient Egypt, Rome, The Ancient Greece, Europe, Middle East etc. Therefore, I can truly say that I visited Japan, Korea, China in a couple of hours. I read the evolution of the world economy, the evolution of the money, the inventor of the mechanism of the watches, I saw the collection of the timepieces, the history of the Geisha, sarcophagus and funeral masks or Egyptian mummies and portraits. Annual, there are over 6.000.000 visitors. I am so glad that this year I was part of this number.

#8. M&M’s World Store is the heaven on Earth for those of you who love the M&M candies. Opened in 2011, is one of the biggest candy stores in the world. Here you can find a large variety of M&M candies. Some of them you cannot find in the usual stores. You can buy toys, mugs, plates, decorations, Christmas ornaments, T-shirts, pajamas, accessories, football/tennis/basketball gadgets, and many others, all M&M characters in different colors. This is the heaven on Earth for all children out there, and the enemy of the diets.

#9. China Town is China gone small. In this neighborhood, you can find restaurants, souvenirs, refreshments, and customs 100% Chinese. The smell on these streets was due to the Chinese ingredients and I enjoyed every minute of it, and I ate everything with my girls.
